These Credit Account Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers approved for a credit account with Bioca Laboratories Pty Ltd (“Bioca”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Continued non-payment may result in:
Bioca Laboratories reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs associated with overdue accounts.
Ownership of goods supplied on credit does not negate the obligation to pay within agreed terms.
Bioca Laboratories may suspend or terminate a credit account at any time for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
