We may offer approved customers the ability to purchase goods on credit, subject to assessment, approval, and assigned credit terms and limits. Credit accounts are available to eligible business customers only.

4. Legal Declaration & Payment Liability

By submitting this credit application, you confirm and agree that:

  • Any approved credit facility is subject to a credit limit and credit terms (14 days or 30 days) as determined by Bioca Laboratories.
  • You are legally liable to pay all amounts owing in full and within the approved credit terms, and within the approved credit limit.

Failure to make payment within the agreed credit terms may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your credit account
  • Cancellation of credit facilities
  • Restriction or refusal of further supply

Bioca Laboratories reserves the right to:

  • Review, reduce, or withdraw credit limits at any time
  • Require upfront payment for future orders
  • Take reasonable steps to recover overdue amounts
All goods supplied remain payable in full regardless of resale, usage, or onward supply.
